Batch Collect™

The Batch Collect XTensions™ module to QuarkXPress™ allows QuarkXPress users to gather up all of the elements required to produce an entire group of QuarkXPress documents. This XTensions module works like QuarkXPress's built-in collection feature, but allows you to work with more than a single document at a time.

Easy to Use

Batch Collect is very easy to use. Select the documents you wish to process using our file selection dialog, check off the elements to be collected, and click the Collect button. That's all there is to it. We even provide an option to create a separate folder for each document, holding only those elements required to produce the individual job. Incredibly clean!

Generate Detailed Reports

In addition to Collect for Output features, Batch Collect also includes a comprehensive Reporting option. The report will list all pictures, fonts and colors used throughout the entire group of documents, and will also provide important status information about those items. In addition, the report file can be formatted and sorted in several different ways.

Batch Collect is perfect for service bureaus and in-house production departments where normal collect for output features are just too time consuming. It is also a great utility for generating reports and lists of item names which can be read and processed by other programs or scripts.
