Q. Where is the Print to Disk option to print PostScript files using DesignMerge for Windows?

A. DesignMerge v4.0 for Windows includes a new PostScript driver that provides the Print To Disk option in the PostScript window that is displayed when you start a PostScript merge session. Check the Print to Disk checkbox to print PostScript Files. The standard Print window will open. Choose a print device that is not a Print to File printer device, select your other print options as usual, and click Print. DesignMerge will prompt you where to save the PostScript files. DesignMerge will create the PostScript files for you in the folder that you select. To send PostScript output to a print device instead, uncheck the Print to Disk checkbox in the PostScript window where you specify your PostScript merge options.
