Professional software training and services
Package 1— Web-based TrainingOne-on-one training! An AutoPrice™ expert leads an online training session that covers common features of the software while offering insights and tips. The trainee actually “drives” the software while the instructor guides the process (the online meeting software provides this capability). A single trainee receives the focus of the training, thereby creating an “in-house AutoPrice expert.” The training is based on the tutorials that are included in the AutoPrice software package, with a maximum online instruction time of four hours. |

Package 2— Web-based Training + First-job Setup
Building on Package 1, Package 2 adds a measure of confidence for the
client’s first application of the AutoPrice software. Following
the initial training (as described in Package 1), the client provides
Meadows Publishing Solutions all of the elements for up to three pages,
including the QuarkXPress/InDesign documents, cleaned data-file, all
associated fonts and images, and a detailed description of the desired
results. (These files can be uploaded to the Meadows FTP site.)
Within a minimum of two business days of receiving the required files,
Meadows will return the documents, linked and processed by AutoPrice,
along with the AutoPrice DDF (Database Definition) for the database
file and an AutoPrice content report.
After the documents have been returned to the client, an AutoPrice expert
will schedule a second online training session to review the setup,
tagging and updating procedures. As described in Package 1, the trainee
“drives” the software with the instructor guiding the process.
The scope of training is defined by the specific job, with a maximum
online instruction time of two hours.
Package 3— One-day On-site Installation & Training
Instruction is held on-site at the client’s premises. An AutoPrice expert leads an online training session that covers all available features while offering insights and tips. This training has been designed to create one or two “in-house AutoPrice experts.” The training is based on the AutoPrice tutorials and manuals, with a maximum instruction time of eight hours.
Package 4— One-day On-site Training + First-job Setup
In addition to the training described in Package 3, Package 4 includes the 1st Job Setup as described in Package 2.
Package 5— Web-based Refresher Course
For clients who have been previously trained, an AutoPrice expert leads an online training session that reviews common features while offering Q&A, insights and tips according to the client’s interests. The training is based on the AutoPrice tutorials, with a maximum online instruction time of one hour.
