Standard Telephone Technical Support
(free for the first 30 days)
AutoPrice and DesignMerge customers are entitled to receive free telephone technical support for a period of 30 days from the date the software is purchased. During this initial purchase period, a customer may call our office between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Central Time. We will service all technical support inquiries immediately if one of our support personnel is available. Otherwise, call-backs will be processed in the order in which they are received. Customers can typically expect to receive a call-back no later than the next business day, or earlier depending upon the current volume of technical support call-backs.
Standard E-mail Technical Support
(free for the first 30 days)
AutoPrice and DesignMerge customers are entitled to receive free e-mail technical support for a period of 30 days from the date the software is purchased. Registered AutoPrice and DesignMerge users may submit technical support questions via our general e-mail support account at support@meadowsps.com. We will typically respond to a customer query by the next business day, or earlier depending upon the current volume of technical support requests.
Meadows Product Support Plan (PSP)
(unlimited support beyond the first 30
days)
After 30 days, technical support (telephone and e-mail) will continue to be available only to those customers who have purchased a subscription to the Meadows Product Support Plan (PSP). The PSP provides a number of valuable benefits for the end user, including unlimited technical support, automatic software update notification, security dongle exchange, and more. Reseller and OEM Customers
Customers who have purchased DesignMerge through a DesignMerge Reseller or OEM partner under a different support plan should contact their Reseller for support enquiries. However, we are dedicated to and happy to serve our partners, and will gladly address your technical support questions directly.
